The aims of the Association shall
1. Promote the welfare of University Teachers by seeking the improvement of their working conditions and facilities.
2. Promote actions of common interests among University Teachers.

3. Improve the channels of communication and relations among the different stakeholders within and outside the University Community.
4. Advance teaching, research, and community service.
5. Pursue any other aim, which is reasonably connected with or incidental to the foregoing aims.
